Registration Instructions

• One registration is valid only for 1 paper.
• Co-authors of a paper will also need to register in order to attend the conference.
• Participants who have no accepted papers should also register as a listener to attend the conference
• One accepted paper will be published if the payment has been made and at least one of authors will present the paper at the conference.

Presenter registration applies to participants who tend to make presentations of their papers without publications. Fast channel for Delegate Registration is available.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to cgeeconf@163.com and received by July 25, 2025. No refund will be provided after this date. A certain amount of handling fee will be required for refund.
